Performance and accessibility are directional: the source audit used HTTP timing and markup inspection because its Lighthouse quota was exhausted.

02 / WHAT IS WORKING

A useful base to build on.

Clean delivery

301 redirects to HTTPS, HSTS and Cloudflare. The source reports roughly 40 KB of HTML and 0.1–0.25 second time to first byte.

Page-level essentials

Unique titles and descriptions, self-referencing canonicals, Open Graph tags and one H1 per page. Property titles include location.

Crawl & image hygiene

A valid 17-URL sitemap, a real 404 page, image alt text and lazy loading. An existing llms.txt shows attention to AI discovery.

03 / PRIORITY FINDINGS

Seven fixes, in order.

Each finding connects the reported evidence to an action and a completion check.

01
Structured data

Give search engines a structured picture.

The audit found no JSON-LD on any page: no Organization, VacationRental or LodgingBusiness on the nine property pages, FAQPage on /faqs, or BreadcrumbList.

Recommended action

Add Organization markup, property-specific VacationRental markup, FAQPage markup and breadcrumbs. Include each property’s name, location, occupancy, beds, baths, images and booking URL.

Completion check

Validate the markup against Schema.org and test Google-supported features with the Rich Results Test. Valid markup alone does not guarantee enhanced results.

02
Internal links

Remove the dead end in the main navigation.

“Local Favorites” points to /local-favorites, which returns 404 from every page. The About and property pages also advertise the feature as “Coming Soon!”

Recommended action

Remove the navigation item until the content exists. Replace the placeholder references when the section launches.

Completion check

An internal-link crawl finds zero broken destination pages.

03
Content & intent

Build pages around the places guests search for.

Pages contain roughly 220–690 words. The audit found no location hubs, blog or area guides targeting searches such as “Seagrove Beach vacation rental,” “Rosemary Beach house rental 30A,” or “One Seagrove Place condo.”

Recommended action

Publish a location hub for Seagrove, Rosemary Beach and 30A, with useful area information and links to relevant properties. Launch Local Favorites with real recommendations.

Completion check

Three location hubs are live, internally linked and included in the sitemap.

04
Entity & authority

Make the business identity clear and consistent.

The audit reports no social links, phone, email or address on the site. The site uses “Born for the Beach Life,” while the shop title uses “Siesta Blue.” Two accessible Common Crawl indexes contained no captures.

Recommended action

Add verified business contact details and social links to the footer; connect owned profiles through Organization sameAs markup. Lead with the same brand in the shop title. Assess Google Business Profile eligibility before creating a profile.

Completion check

Consistent business details are live. As a separate visibility check, brand search returns the site and at least two owned profiles.

05
AI-readable content

Rewrite llms.txt as a useful reading guide.

The supplied audit reports robots.txt-style User-Agent, Allow and Disallow directives inside /llms.txt, instead of the proposed Markdown format.

Recommended action

Use an H1, brand summary and linked sections covering the properties, one-line descriptions, booking partner and FAQs.

Completion check

The file follows the published llms.txt format and its links resolve. Adoption varies; this file is not a guarantee of AI crawling or citation.

06
Conversion

Give guests more confidence before the booking handoff.

Every “Book Now” link goes to pm-bespoke.com/rentals/<slug>. The audit found no on-site rates, availability or reviews. The separate Next.js shop does not link back to the main site.

Recommended action

Add accurate starting rates with relevant conditions, sourced reviews or review counts, and a “managed by PM Bespoke” disclosure on each property page. Add a return link in the shop header.

Completion check

Property pages show current price context and verified social proof; the shop links back to the main site.

07
Page structure

Keep one heading as one heading.

A property-page heading is split into three H2 elements: “Your” / “Seagrove” / “getaway starts here.” The split appears to serve a color effect.

Recommended action

Use a single H2, with a styled span for the colored word.

Completion check

The visual treatment remains intact and the page contains one complete heading.

04 / SEQUENCED 30-DAY PLAN

Fix the basics. Then build depth.

Timing is relative to kickoff. Implementation owners should be confirmed before work begins.

WEEK 01

Repair & identify

Fix the navigation 404. Add Organization, VacationRental and FAQPage markup. Publish verified business contact details and social links in the footer.

Source estimate: half a day for the initial Webflow changes; confirm against access and property data.
WEEK 02

Clarify & reassure

Rewrite llms.txt. Unify the shop branding. Add current price context, sourced reviews and management disclosure to property pages.

WEEKS 03–04

Expand & submit

Publish three location hubs and the first five Local Favorites entries. Submit the updated sitemap in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

05 / SCOPE & LIMITATIONS

What this audit can establish.

An outside-in assessment

No Search Console, analytics or Webflow access was available. This report presents the supplied audit, rather than a new crawl or a measurement of traffic, rankings, bookings or revenue.

HTML report prepared September 9, 2026. The source did not specify its audit date.

Visibility remains partly unconfirmed

The brand-search check was inconclusive: Bing returned the domain in raw HTML without parseable results, DuckDuckGo blocked the request, and the search backend returned no brand-name results. Low visibility is a hypothesis, not a confirmed finding.

Common Crawl indexes 2026-30 and 2026-25 showed no captures; 2026-34 was unreachable. The source reports only placeholder pages in Wayback before 2025. These observations do not establish absence from search engines or AI training data.

Editorial clarification: completion checks distinguish valid structured data from search-feature eligibility, and llms.txt formatting from confirmed adoption. The source scores and finding order are retained.
